Be very careful of this CON man OLIVER JOSEPH DECHALAIN who has now suddenly found Jesus. Stay clear from him and do not engage / transact or pay him any up-front money stay far away from him or you will become his next victim.
This man is a FRAUD and SCAM.
He acts as a SO-CALLED agent and facilitates the implementation so called bank instruments.
All of these instruments that he claims to have been validated are fake and has been forged by himself. Banks ALL over the globe have verified many of his fake instruments and the have come back to us and told us that they are Fraudulent and that all the documentation is false and has been copied and pasted to look authentic.
It starts with OLIVER asking for an UP FRONT FEE, which he states the providers of the instruments want in order to release the so-called instrument and then the game starts with every excuse under the sun.
Oliver Dechalain is a master manipulator and after defrauding people out of their hard-earned cash and inheritance he then hires lawyers and investigators as he then plays the victim and claims to have been defrauded himself.
His one buddy Sydney Radford who was kop in een mus with him and stole millions of rands as well as euros from people all across the globe recently died, whilst being a suspect in the case in East London (Hows that for karma).

This scam artist is now trying to get the truth removed. I can furnish you with forged documents, emails, whatsapp chats as well as clients aka victims of his pyramid scam, not to mention his own private investigator whom he defrauded. Typical of these type of criminals, when the going gets tough then they want to manipulate the very law they claim to uphold, and want to use it to their advantage.
A huge thumbs up to Ed Magedson and his team for the amazing work that you have done and thankyou for your assistance with regards to exposing this Scam Artist on the other platforms ie blogs across the globe.I will send those other pics that was requested asap.

It is with concern that this person who put the fake post about me Donovan Stanley has contacted me non stop despite reports to the police and he has again said he will have all post he has put up against me if I pay him a large amount of money. I have been requested by the police to give them copies of all pist which I have done. Your site should be more careful as folks are using your site to create crimes and you are not doing a thing about it.
