Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
The website makes you think you are paying for the retrieval of the records, but it is only a fee for them to fill out the form (and even though its one form for multiple records, they charge more for each form you requested).
They take the items you fill in on their website form and transfer them to the appropriate state vital records request which you then have to print, sign, notarize and mail with MORE fees to the state office. This is deceptive practices.

My kid is 12 years old and she has never had a birth certificate before. My daughter was born at home and was taken to the Medical Center after she was born. She needed her birth certificate to go to high school. I got it on this site without any problem. I don’t know what you had to deal with, but I personally had a nice customer experience.
