Went in to this business feb 4 the gentlemen that talked to us talked fast. We were told no problem we have 30 days to return the jupiter. Decided 3 days later we didnt want it, contacted them they said when we got it in the mail to let them know they would refund us and tell us where to send it.

Well needless to say they never did they blew us off and told us they dont do returns only exchanges. I feel like there needs to be a legal case brought against them. There are so many complaints out there.
