Osl retail services is a horrible and disgusting company to work for, the benefits are horrible, no paid time off, vacation or covid pay for short term or long term employment. Getting support or questions answered from the hr department does not Exist. Commission is there excuse for no yearly pay raise as well eveything else. Commission is not great it's only a one time incentive, commission does not carry over unlike other commission based jobs. Osl retail services should be avoided at all cost. If you value being treated like a human being do not work for this company, they will act like they care but it is all lies and Deceit.
