Online shopping for overseas - I have made an assisted shopping request on April 16th 2020 to buy one item that cost $47 dollars and later $44 for the shipping fee to my country. Total I have spent $91 dollars. So after that, I started to send them an email to ask them of how to confirm assisted shopping request but they didn't respond to my email to explain of how to do it. After when I found out of how to confirm the request, days later they have sent me the last email saying that my assisted shopping request is finished, they took me 47 dollars but they didn't help me to buy my requested items online and they also started to ignore all my emails ever since.
I couldn't contact these guys by email now because they don't reply and I'm very frustrated. These guys stole me $91 dollars and they are thieves!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very poor email contact and the service of PackageBoss.com is terrible!!!!!!! Stay out of this rip off service that is located in Atlanta. Phone: (404) 933-7224
