This scammer called using paetec communications, for they're phone service, but when they called it came up as family dollar, saying that family dollar approved me for a loan, I knew that was a scam cause they are not a loan sight.

I called paetec about disconnecting they're service and they said they are not allowed to do that.  why cant they stop scammers from doing stuff like that, they can but they just dont want too there needs to be a war on scammers they are getting out of hand I recieve and where from 20 to 30 calls a day its gettin old.
