In early 2020 we were called by a "representative" of Palm Beach Vacations regarding a vacation package that included three vacations. The first was a  6 day/5 night all-inclusive resort with many choices of locations in Mexico, the Island of Phuket, and Orlando. The next vacation was an 8-day cruise with many cruise lines to choose from, and the third was another 6 day/5 night resort at the same locations above.

We purchased this package for $1,798 and were told we had five years to use it.  They said they were out of Florida. When we paid, we were sent the certificate, which looked very authentic, as well as two brochures for the resorts and the cruise lines.  When we received this information we noticed they were from Cancun, Mexico. That immediately raised a red flag. Then COVID hit.

Fast forward to September 2021. We began calling the company and the phone number was no longer in service. We emailed them to see if we could get some information and we received an email back from Respush. The salesperson advised us that they had taken over the database for Palm Beach Vacations. We were given the option to go to one of two resorts in Puerto Vallarta, but we would have to pay a resort fee of $571 and we had 24 hours to give them our credit card info, driver's licenses and sign the agreement. This was the second red flag.

We declined because we don't trust this company. Lesson learned. If it sounds too good to be true, then it is most likely a scam.
