These folks try to sell you crap. They try to keep you from getting your own financing. They charge all kinds of crazy fees for stuff that doesn't exist. They charge super high interest. What you buy is NOT what they make you think you are getting. New construction should be good, right? No it isn't. It's crap and the foundation on a new place is cracked. They won't honor any warranty or anything and tell you to sue the builder but won't say who the builder is. Total scam. Druggies living on the same street too. Don't buy from these people. The boss, Tracy Hoskins, talks all big and tries to say he's a lawyer but he isn't. He even tried to ask me on a date. Gross! Just nasty. Don't fall for it.
