Parkmerced in San Francisco, CA is knowingly, willfully, intentionally and maliciously, renting apartments and townhomes filled with health hazards (mold, rust, corroded pipes, possible lead, pesticides, herbicides, toxins, etc.) to families and individuals. Further, there are questions regarding the structural integrity of Parkmerced's high-rises and town homes.  Parkmerced is well aware water intrusion has been a long term and continuing issue with the rentals causing health hazard structure defects, rust, mold, corrosion, and so forth.
