This company is scamming people out of money with a faIse guarantee. I was not satisfied with their product and they refused to honor their 30-day money back guarantee. If you offer a guarantee then honor it not just keep annoying the customer for reasons why they did not like it, just refund their money it is that simple. No need to send 20 emails back and forth to question the customer why they did not like it.
