#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company
Libel
AUTHOR: Paul - (Canada)
SUBMITTED: Monday, February 03, 2020
worldcam, and Paul Neal, takes customer satisfaction seriously. After 30 years of business, never has Paul Neal been notified of any product delivered that did not live up to the satisfaction of a client - and if a project had been "shoddy" and not up to a clients' satisfaction, and Paul Neal is made aware, steps would be made to remedy the situation - including doing the job again for free.
Unfortunately, this negative review from "Mike - United States" is simply libel and has no basis / proof for such a review. It is worldcam's supposition that this libel is from the the company worldcam has never received payment (nor complaint) for services rendered - a professionally shot video that has aired nationally and is currently online for public consumption.
If, however, there is indeed an issue with a production completed by worldcam, the client should reach out to Paul Neal and discuss the issue. Having not heard from any client with such an issue - this is an unfounded review.
