My husband and i rented from them for over a year. During that year we moved to a bigger rents. I cleaned it bc previous tentants left it disgusting. I cleaned a few other properties as well. Left mine spotless when we moved out. And was promised my deposit.
Paul started hanging up when we called. Now he has been sent away to a rehab bc he appartly smokes crack cocaine. Do not rent from them. His mother just lets him ruin everything for her. She isnt any better. #trash

Your picture means nothing!! You are posting things on a PUBLIC forum and saying things that you cannot prove ie: smoking crack. Hope he sees this and sues you because your report is a complete and utter joke. FYI what is a TENTANTS?? Go back to school - seems the only trash is you.

I definitely appreciate your concern. Everything that I stated is very much the truth. The point of the report is due to my security deposit not being returned as promised. And it's very unprofessional and disrespectful to just hang up In my face rather than explain or give reason for the deposit not being returned. Future tenants should be aware of such things. Wouldn't you agree?

That either
A. Yes, this guy does smoke crack cocaine, or
B. He doesn't see this post and decide to hire an attorney to track you down and sue you for slander. Because he'd win. No idea why you think it's ok to say things like this on a public forum, but if he sees it and it's not accurate, I hope he goes after everything you own.
And the bad news for you is....these posts are not removable. They are, however, RETRACTABLE. I suggest you profusely apologize, like yesterday.
