That's not all she does. She is a thief.

She quotes a price on her website for grooming your pet per weight, then arrives and charges you $30 to $40 dollars more than the website price, and if you do not pay it, she does not release your dog. She imposes a $15 flea treatment whether you want it or not, you have to pay it, or she would not release my pets. It's highway robbery, its so blatant, and then she is smug and acts as if its her right to charge as she sees fit.
