Pepperstone No withdrawal

I deposited money in my account using paypal and the company held my money for more than 3 days with no apparent reason and I can't trade or withdraw, when I contacted support they keep giving me different excuses that doesn't make sense , one time they are saying that they need to verify that my paypal name must match my account name which it does but my money is still on hold , another time they say that this is a new policy and they will hold funds , their website says that paypal deposits should be instant which is not the case. I just want them to pay me back my money.
