I have been trying since July to get a refund for a chip that never worked. This chip for my Ford F150 states it will improve performance and gas mileage. I have installed and reset several times over a period of 2-3 months. It actually gave me less gas mileage using the chip. I have email several times with the same response "We reply to all tickets as soon as possible, within 24 to 48 hours. If we expect your ticket will take additional time, we will update you by sending you an email." I have never gotten anything but this response after each email. Forget talking to a live person or even a "CHAT" button, which isn't even available. You will be scammed as I have.
