Purchased their product that claims to safely remove pet stains and urine smell from carpet. Tested product on sample carpet and no problems. However, when we sprayed it on several actual areas with urine, it bleached the carpet. Contacted the manufacturer several times and never received a response so, I posted a negative review on their Facebook page and they responded that they had responded to me (which is untrue) and promptly removed my review. They have refunded my purchase price but have not offered to pay for the damage to the carpet. There are (or were)other reviews and posts on their Facebook page claiming similar issues.
