An unknown and annonymous person posts a complaint. I have no idea who this person is or what he is referring to. I do no ever take money upfront. In fact it has been a decades long policy not to bill until the job is completed. I have not received any complaints about work conducted so have no idea who this person is or even what he is referring to. Looks to me like a jealous competitor who is a key borad warrior. Have the convictions of a truthful person and post who you are and what you are referring to
