I informed your customer service agents weeks ago to discontinue communicating with me, and they have continued to harass me via email.  They have purposefully ignored my emails and are trying to play it off and be cheeky.  Looks like this shady company is being ran by an even shadier dude, John Bradford who has literal ethics complaints made against him and a bad rep online and in general.  This is the man who decides if your pet can live with you in an apartment, what a crock of s**t he is.
