I am writing to report the fraudulent practices and false advertising perpetrated by pfsbroker.com, allinonemarketing.com, and philipfsmith.com. On March 27, 2024, I purchased their Mortgage & Loan Broker Program for $2497. The company promises a comprehensive lead generation system, but in reality, they merely refer clients to other companies that provide the actual services, earning affiliate commissions while charging upfront fees.

The package I received included only a software with a landing page, far from the "full-blown system" that was advertised. Additionally, the sales representative on the phone assured me I would receive an iPad, accompanied by an official-looking contract to sign. However, the iPad never arrived, and when I inquired about it, my queries were ignored.

Moreover, the company started charging me $1 daily, and when I requested to cancel these payments and asked for a refund within 30 days, I was denied. Despite acknowledging that the program was not suitable for me, they refused to issue a refund and proceeded to cancel my account, leaving me without access to the services I had paid for.

This company has proven to be fraudulent, engaging in theft and false advertising. They claim to provide a Done-For-You (DFY) system but fail to mention the one-week setup time and the substandard service.

Evidence: I have receipts, emails, and other documentation that support my claim, which I can provide upon request.

Desired Outcome: I am seeking a full refund of the $2497 I paid for this program plus the leads that I purchased that were never delivered. IF this is completed I will remove this RipOff Report.

Conclusion:

The practices of pfsbroker.com, allinonemarketing.com, and philipfsmith.com are deceptive and fraudulent. They take money without delivering the promised services, ignore customer complaints, and refuse to issue refunds. I urge Ripoff.com to highlight this issue to prevent others from being similarly deceived.
