Phil and his wife Nathalie Martin (Nathalie Vallieres) contracted my company to clean up their house after their friend was killed. I quoted them a price and signed the contract. I cleaned the property that day while removing all contents, etc. needed. The constant "We will pay" has been going since September. They owe thousands of dollars to our company. I have tried reaching out to him through his company to find he has other cases against him and he is operating his company illegally (not currently registered in the state of Florida.)
