Phyllis Rodriguez They charged for the entire stay before I even checked in to the hotel. Also, slipped in a service charge. Durham New Hampshire

The company somehow popped up when i clicked on "Reservations" on the Holiday Inn website.  Then they charged the total to my credit card. I find that disturbing since you are usually not actually charged until you check out of the hotel.

They slipped in a $19.99 service charge which I am now contesting. I have cancelled my reservation and would like the service charge refunded.
