PHYN Phyn sold me a product that I am not able to install due to insufficient parts and refuses to refund my money.

I purchased Phyn Plus which is a water leak detection system.  when the product arrived it did not fit the main water line pipe size in my home.  When I reached out to customer service, they sent me a link for the needed part.  Unfortunately after 4 weeks, I have not found a single company that has the part. 

When I reached back out to customer service to ask for a refund, they told me it was past the 30 day deadline and they refused to refund my money.  The customer rep then proceeded to tell me that it wouldn't work well in my home anyway as i live in a three story home and that water pressure would likely be reduced to insufficiant levels.  None of this is mentioned in the material regarding the part.  THIS IS A BAD COMPANY!
