I started out with almost 9000 XRP.  They stick the bots in your face constantly like your missing out if your not bot trading.  I succome to the pitch and set up a bot to trade.  It promptly lost 1600 of my XRP!  Like most brokers, I suspect that they're play against their customers bots because you're the little guy and they can get away with it. I asked them to refund my loss to which they said too  bad and that it's not something they'll take the responsibility for.

My warning to anyone who choses to do business with Pionex.us had better know exactly what you're doing or you're going to get skinned.
