They have issues. When i tried to address an issue with the scaffoldings i got threatened violence. All Pistilli Management, Anthony Pistilli, Joseph Pistilli, Michael Pistilli, Salvatore Galati, Elia Cinquemani, Donna Pistilli

 had to do was do was fix the issues and do more better work with the property and get the scaffoldings sooner once work was done involving the property. On a frequent basis i notice people doing drugs, hanging out, and or just causing issues with passerbys. I keep noticing seedy activity on the scaffoldings and or under them that it is enough to be a nuisance and a potential lawsuit. One time teens climed on top of it, i assume cause it was dangerous and falling apart and or just simply broken and then they discovered a way to clim up and throw works. I got the police on them and identified them. 

This is one of many issues occuring outside the property under the scaffoldings. I fear it will keep happening. I may have to keep documenting everything that happens even with video proof as needed until scaffolding is removed. 

My message to them on this outrageous ripoff is to work with the city to accelerate approval on work needed to then help get the scaffolding removed when work is done. This true and real concern needs immediate addressing.
