Adam Zakaria is a Fraud and a liar.  He is silver tongued and promised after signing a lease with others to rent my home.  He has destroyed the home extensively and informed me he would do repairs.  More lies. I had to file for eviction as he hasn't paid rent for over 11 months.  Rent was $7,300./mo.  Rent is in arrears over $90,000 with late fees and penalties.  He also was renting rooms and not allowed in Lease and advertised a party on Eventbrite and again not allowed under the Lease. 

The police were there on  numerous occasions and he received summonses and is scheduled to be in court.  He has not maintained the property as required in Lease and broke and destroyed the home.  He has been impossible to deal with.  As of current the constable is scheduled to put him out with his illegal tenants who are not on the Lease.

Beware. beware. beware. do not do business with him or my opinion if he sells you a franchise in Pizza Crave, LLC you will be in a world of deceit and aggravation.  Feel free to call and contact me at 732-735-3198 and I will give you all the information you require.  I suggest you avoid him at all costs. I am out significant funds and I have to repair the home and estimated repairs are excessive of $100,000.  If you are not into getting ripped off he avoid him like Covid 19.  I am in the process of having collection attorney chasing him for funds.
