Plattner Auto Lehigh Acres Sold us a car with a factory defect Lehigh Acres Fl

We purchased a vehicle on Friday 3/10. It had just been traded in and was filthy. We were given a test ride and saleslady sat in front. Everything appeared to be ok so we went inside to do paperwork. The saleslady scheduled a detail in Labelle. While the car was there they noticed the back up mirror was upside down.My husband drove back to the dealer on Monday 3/13 and the sales dealer scheduled an appt on 3/27 (the first available) to address the mirror at the Labelle dealer. On 3/29 I received a call from "Rich" the Lehigh manager nothing he could do. I also found out the previous owner addressed the issue with Galeana Dodge and was told it was a factory defect. If the vehicle had been properly checked it would have been caught and the 1100 dollar would have been taken care of.
