PLS Check Cashier PLS Check Cashier's Visa Offer >WARNING<

Customer Beware: Do not apply for PLS's Xpectations Visa card because its customer service will not notify you through USPS mail, e-mail or a professional courtesy call before they closed your PLS's Visa card and whatever balance amount you have in your account they will keep, no refund. Last four Visa number ending 4297 I contacted PLS Visa Epectations customer service 1-866-679-4869, they refused to refund my account balance and kept my money.
