I lived at the Polo Spring apartment complex in Bardstown, KY from February-May 2019.  The owner Ted and/or John Federer (Missouri Real Estate Broker, License #1999028906), under business name Trident Management LLC. (Missouri state license #2018028824), refuses to refund my $600 security deposit.  I have called numerous times and was told numerous times that my security deposit would be refunded immediately.  However, over 5 months later, I still have not received a refund.  They have no reason to keep my deposit.  This company scams tenants!!  DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT AT POLO SPRINGS APARTMENT COMPLEX IN BARDSTOWN, KY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!
