Company claimed to be licensed and insured- neither were correct

Asked for money up front and continued to ask for money throughout the projects with no wok being completed

3 month project turned into 18 months to finally complete.

once completed there were many issues with the workmanship and no response from Poncho

had to spend thousands of dollars to correct his work
