Possible Finance unlawfully entered me into an installment agreement.  I used them once in the past and paid back single pay option. I did a new inquiry seeking to add additional tradeline but requested it be discontinued during application and all data be deleted after reading negative reviews and learning there are no long term plans

Company ignored every ccpa data deletion, every dispute and violated every written cease and desist they opened then charged off costing me thousands IN CREDIT and clearance flag for an account i never entered into an installment for they replied probably app issue and refused to correct or delete
