Made an online purchase on January 15, 2020 Paid Via PayPal $59.90. I Immediately cancelled order on same day & till this day I have not received a refund.

I have repeatedly corresponded to company via email & was assured by a Lisa Edwards that a refund was in process & that I woud be refunded.

To this day I have not heard anymore from them or received the refund. Based on previous complaints or comments/reviews This is not a good company to do business with which is what prompted me to cancel the order in the first place. I have already filed a claim/complaint through PayPal.
