Unfortunately, I missed a few emails from customer service so a sincere apology to Jake Dempsey and projectbroadcast.com for 'miscommunication' on my part. The picture in my campaign should have never been used! The situation has been resolved and it was 100% my fault! I've learned from my mistake for 'overreacting' and hopefully the Projectbroadcast team will accept my apology.

Let me be direct...there's thousands of texting platforms but only one with great pricing and quality features: 

1) The prices for texting are very low plus 'MMS' texting.

2) It only takes 30 seconds to ramp up your campaign...very easy and super fast.

3) Key words: when a key word is texted back from your outbound msg like 'doctor' for example...the platform will reply with your appt calendar or any message: True Automation.

4) Traning: huge library of modules that teach you everything plus free credit for your effort.

5) Facebook forms: when prospects opt in...their name and phone number is loaded directly in the platfrom for instant texting. This feature provides huge credibilty and instant rapport.

6) Ringless Voicemail: jush push a button and your msg is delivered directly to their voicemail. 

7) Drip Campaign: schedule text messages for today, tomorrow or next week. People no longer check emails so your only chance for communication is text messages. 

What platform should you use? Projectbroadcast.com with Jake Dempsy is your texting platform! 

After my initial shameful comment posted here it's obvious I'm not a spokeperson for the company...I only say the above benefits because it's the truth. And if you have any problems just email customer service and don't overreact like I did but communicate with their valuable customer service department.

Unfortunately, this person signed up for a Project Broadcast account and proceeded to provide bogus contact information for the account which violates our terms.  They then proceeded to upload a large list of contacts and send out a phishing (scam) text message to the entire list.  The acccount was immediately flagged by our fraud department.  The customer emailed us about their account being disabled.  We informed them of the account lock and requested they provide 2 forms of identification, business formation documents, opt in/opt out policies, and use cases for leveraging Project Broadcast.  The customer refused to provide any information.  They stated they did not want to contest the decision and wanted a refund.  Per our terms we do not provide refunds.

In short, this person is NOT who they say they are.  Please provide proof of correspondence that shows Project Broadcast not being truthful, honest, and fair.  We provided a way for the user to contest the decision but no effort was made b/c it was clear from the bogus email, contact info, and phishing text messages that this was a scammer who was unhappy they were caught.
