We’ve rented from 7 different property management companies on the Island and our experiment with company was an absolute nightmare. They stole our deposit from us and we’ve come to find out they have done this to many other people who have rented from them. They are thief’s and you should steer clear of this company if renting on the Island. They straight up lied to us and cheated us over 2k.

This company stole our deposit and then lied to us as to why. We have come to find out they have done this to many other renters in the area. They will try to find a creative way to keep your deposit. In our case they straight up lied to us about us forefitting it because we did not give them the correct notice. We absolutely gave them the notice within the correct time frame but the girl at the front desk (Amity Dietz) who obviously misplaced the notice straight up lied to management to keep her job. She even begin to admitted it in front of my husband but the manager shut her down because he didn't not want to give back the money.

We also ended up talking to a couple who used this company to manage their rental and they said it was a nightmare and they let their house fall apart. They said it cost thousands to repair the damages before they fired that company and with  with another. 

Jerry Kelly is the owner/manager, very hostile and shady character.
