I ordered some ramen form this company. It arrved damaged. I tried to contact them, but they have no phone number, their chat function does not reply, and their messaging app does not work. There is no way to contact them about an issue.

I was very frustrated with this company. I received some damaged goods, and there is no phone number to contact, and both their chat and messaging app did not work. However, finally I was able to get a message through, they contacted me and are sending a replacement.
