Quickcorps Legalinc/IncFile Misrepresentation: registered agent services: told me I had to file a form 1583 for my business mail to be delivered to them and they will later deliver to me, that it was a State requirement. After Atlanta Ga

They filed documentation for my LLC with the state of GA. After filing was complete, they had me notarize a form 1583 which states that all of my business mail will be delivered to registered agent and subsequently forwarded to me. The customer service rep stated that this was normal agent processes.

I later contacted another registered agent and was told that that was unusual business and that the only mail that goes to the registered agent would be State of GA filing information. My business mail would/should continue to be received at my current mailing address.

 I contacted Quickcorps and relayed my findings and was told to just put in a change of address to the post office. I told them that I wanted them to cancel the document and filing and return it or replace it with the cancellation to the post office. No one has contacted me as of today regarding this issue. I have forwarded a cancellation of their services and hired a new agent adding $125 to the $267 I paid to them.
