1. Worked with Ralph

2. He approved my application but later declined me because I told him that his contract terms were not enforceable. So in other words, either I let this guy bully me with his illegal contract terms or I am homeless which is why there are landlord/tenant laws --- to protect consumers from exploitation and from being forced into illegal contracts in exchange for shelter.

3. Alisha would not let me see the lease and demanded that I pay the first month rent before letting me see the lease.

4. There are many lease terms that are prohibited by law such as ---

     a) Requiring tenant to powerwash the house (a tenant cannot be required to do maintenance)

     b) Fines for having a pet not pre-approved

     c) Fines for occupants not pre-approved

     d) Requiring tenant to clean carpets (a tenant cannot be required to clean carpets unless they are filthy)

     e) Providing appliances but refusing the service them ---- tenant "is responsible" for repairs.

     f) Requiring tenant to change AC filters (a tenant cannot be required to do maintenance)

     g) Requiring tenant to have up to date inspections on vehicles

     h) clean gutters (the tenant cannot be required to clean gutters)

5) Retaliated against me when I made a complaint against him. 

6) Stalked me by text for about three weeks after I made the compaint and told me that I should kill myself

7) Made a false criminal complaint against me in retaliation for making a complaint against him.

Really insane, back-stabbing person who should not be working in real estate.
