He listed my house but never would try to sell the people on it who looked. Instead he suggests that if they want it they will buy it, no input needed from him. Of course, it did not sell and so his next tactic was to reduce the price to a rediculous low number in order to create a bidding war that never happened. Now my house is tainted in the marketplace and I have to try to overcome the false and misleading low price he placed in MLS. Steer clear, and hire someone who will work to sell your home.
