This rip off was done on ebay. they mistakenly received a set of inks worth seventy dollars and when we discovered the mistake and talked to them, they said they would return them when the inks they ordered were received. those inks were sent to them and they got them, then the filed false negative feedback on us trying to blackmail us to not ask for our inks back (the feedback was removed by ebay when they discovered what was up).
They also promised to return them once they got theirs, which they did not.
They claim to be a ethical and honest company... what bull.

an update, Now the owner, after bs.ing us the first time, tries it again. threatens to slander our reputation, etc... for the theft he did on us.. we are not worried, because unless he lies, he can't claim a thing on us.
also, he tries again to have us do something first and then he will do something back for us... after backpedaling the first time on us we weren't about to buy the scam from him again. but he's tried twice now since to lie us into doing somethng for him and then he will reciprocate. we don't believe a word this unethical, lying little fraud says.
