Booked a travel package through RCI Travel roughly one year out and purchased the cancellation package at the same time. I cancelled more than 60 days out due to Covid-19. I have now called SIX times regarding the refund I have been assured I would receive within 60-90 days.

Each rep I have spoken to has assured me I cancelled properly and each one has apologized multiple times for the refund delay. DO NOT USE RCI TRAVEL for any of your vacation needs. You will most definitely be ripped off!
