RPM is charged me for repairs and services that I am not responsible for. I left the apartment I was renting from them in great shape. I had the carpets cleaned by a professional, had a cleaning company do a top to bottom cleaning and cleaned behind them after. I was having a terrible experience with them prior to this as well. Save your money and rent from another management company. These guys are crooks
