Recovery Tax Relief Took my money and have not heard from them or resolved my issue with the IRS

I'm a first-time business owner who got into trouble with the IRS. (I didn't know what I was doing). The point being is I got a lien notification in the mail back in January 2022. So I looked up help and found the Recovery Tax Relief Group and researched them on the internet.

They had a four-star rating and a great score on the BBB so I contacted them and got a hold of Brian Nelson, A senior analyst at the supposed firm, he said my case was easy, that my case was their bread and butter, that they would resolve it in no time. I said great!

They made me sign some documents, and give them my information including payment information for the payments they would take each month. They contacted me a couple of more times to confirm my information and then the month after I heard from the assistant.

Three months later I heard from Robyn Beck who was a tax preparer for them and asked me for my tax information to help me file my taxes. But never did I hear anything back about my case. So I started calling them and leaving them messages and I never heard back. I called Brian Nelson, I called Robyn Beck, I called Jenny Guzman and I never got a callback.

I looked them up on YELP and Google and apparently, I am not the only one they do this to. I even left them a message pleading with them to call me back just to let me know I am not being scammed. I never heard back. 

It is now July 26, 2022. Still. No callback or an email. I am led to believe that this people are scammers.
