We did a job for Refresh Construction and Kolin and John. They Did not pay us or final payment which was $58,000.00. They made up tons of excuses and ended up drafting an agreement to pay us in full without going to court. Well that fell through and now we are preparing a lawsuit against them.

If you work for these guys good luck on getting paid they ripped off mutiple trades on the Satellite Beach Dentistry build. And Kolin really could care less. He acts as iff nothing has happened. They missed the second draw and then never payed us after! They are scammers!
