Complaintent was banned for a reason, continues to harass us several months later

AUTHOR: Bryan - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, November 15, 2019

Benjamin drove a persons robot down the stairs and broke it. The person whose robot it was banned them from participating on that robot only. Benjamin complained to Jill, the creator of Let's Robot, who told Benjamin that his ban was a perfectly reasonable response to his actions, and that the issue was considered resolved.

Benjamin didn't like this, however. Jill had recently stepped down as CEO of Let's Robot to start working on new projects, and blocked him from further communications. He then joined our discord, to harass us further, and has been banned or blocked several times now. He's made several accounts to circumvent bans, a direct violation of ToS for Discord and many of his accounts have been deleted.

He's made comments regarding violence toward us, thinly veiled death threats, and accusing us of hate crimes. Several times, he's accused us of violating the Disabilities Act of 1992 in Australia; which doesn't affect us at all.

I've made a complaint against him to the IC3, as well as contacted his ISP regarding his behavior. He's attempted to get Namecheap (the domain provider), DMCA, and the FTC to get us to stop somehow, and they have all said that it's not their problem.

Remo.tv isn't even a company. It's still just a project for Jill.

That statement is false

Under the disabilities act, there no reason you should ban people from remo.tv since they don't have any privacy police and term of service. I am against Bryan and he should know there is no rules that was added to the site as it was a early development. BE AWARE! This remo.tv site don't even care about you!
