We purchased over $29000 100% upfront (Their policy we should not have ignored) in Windows and Doors from this "Company" and they got the entire order wrong and can't fix it. They even got the color wrong (Black) how does this happen?

Have tried over and over to resolve the issue but they say they are just backed up and can't do it "now" whatever that means.

We are trying to finish our newly remodeled home and we can't even close with the bank on financing till this is finished. We know we will probably have to file a lawsuit.
