Making this report since when I chose to give them my money I couldn't find many reviews online.  REOAssignment.Com offers for a membership fee to connect you to regular REO listings in your area starting immediately.  In 18 months I have received none.  Mark Stevens was my "sales agent" at the time.

The street office they advertise is a virtual office building also listing an IT company in the same suite. Posting here to help other real estate agents not waste their money on this scam.
