Resume.io Charged my credit card without previous communication Internet
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I paid U$ 2.75 to have a resume done at Resume.io.
But, after that, without any previous communication they charged U$ 24,75 for a Premium Account on my credit card.
Although I asked for a fair refund, Resume.io refused to do it, without any reasonable argument.
More than 10 people in Brazil had been charged without any previous communication from Resume.io
You just have to go to Reclame aqui on Google, and type resume.io.
And you´ll find a dozen consumers that had been charged with no previous communication.
This is not an isolated fact, it´s a way to deal with consumers.
Be careful, resume.io is not a trusted company.
