I purchased 8 Safe Sound Personal Alarms in December 2023.  Every month I was charged $20.14 for Reverie, an on-line Catalog.  I never knew any of this. I was checking my checking account on line abd discovered the charge.  

 

I called the compay today.  They told me that they would refund the last payment from June 29, 2024.  That is all the offered.

 

They would owe me $20.14 for 6 months.

 

Please hlep me.

 "I never knew any of this"!!! Well Einstein, guess what? Thanks for informing the world and you say that as if you want everybody's sympathy! Lets see now...this is YOUR MONEY and it came from YOUR ACCOUNT for not just one month but MANY MONTHS. You come here to tell the world YOU have so little FINANCIAL COMMON SENSE you don't even keep records of your accounts...you don't balance your account monthly...you have absolutely, positively ZERO CLUE of what's going on with YOUR money in YOUR account! Smart, real, real smart! If you had the COMMON SENSE to properly manage your account. you would have caught this the FIRST MONTH. Now you come here to seek sympathy! You have no clue as to whatever other charges or mistakes are connected to your account. There's no sympathy here, Einstein. This is absolutely hilarious! I suggest you get yourself a keeper...somebody who will be able to manage you, keep their eyes on you, confine you and protect you from the outside world because you have shown you don't have the ability to do that on your own!
