Richard Horack Had a heart attack two weeks after my surgery because my blood pressure was 200/100 on surgery day the doctor or nurses failed to stop the surgery which caused me to have a heart attack then wrongfully denied me medical treatment Opelika Alabama

I had a stress test done on 01/25/2023 due to having high blood pressure and shortness of breath. Horak said the results came back not detecting anything and cleared me for hernia surgery. Even though my blood pressure was high. His office staff has mostly black employees. Which is the main problem there and I'm white. I had food poisoning last year 2022. He refused to see me. They were trying to make me suffer because of some black man being shot by the police. Which I had nothing to do with but because I'm white.

I also had covid early last year 2022. Which they took forever to give me the results. I could had died both times. I made a complaint to east alabama hospital about the way I was treated. Of course, doctors don't like getting complaints. Well, they should treat you which they went to school for! He was mad the last time I saw him.

I had a heart attack on 06/17/2023 2 weeks after hernia surgery on 06/05/2023. I should not have agree to have the surgery. On the day of the heart attack I woke up around 4:00 am with pain in my chest and shoulder and I couldn't get back to sleep.  Around 7:00 am I called an ambulance to myself. But the ambulance people made me walk down my drive way even though i was hurting.

They wouldn't put me on a bed and roll me to the ambulance like I saw them do my neighbors.  They couldn't even hardly get the IV in my hand. Then they took their sweet time getting to the emergency room. After the doctor took my blood work. He said I had a heart attack. He said if i didn't come to the emergency room like i did.

I would have to have open heart surgery. He also found I had two blocked arteries. Which had to have stent implants. It made me more angry when I found out I had a heart attack and the two ambulance people made me walk down the driveway to the ambulance.

How could the heart doctor not detect two artery blockages? When I did the stress test. Then horak refused medical treatment. Because of his bad office staff and office manager are the problems. 

I made a complaint against the doctor who performed the hernia surgery. About not receiving any check ups after the hernia surgery. 

Horak is trying to murder me. By not providing me with any medical treatment. Doctors just have to hire all black people. Even though they discriminated against white people and nearly murdered me. Because you have to go through them to see the doctor. The office manager Stephanie is the ring leader for my bad treatment I received.

I was done dirty and my civil rights were violated. All because I filed a complaint about not being treated. For my food poisoning.  These alabama doctors and their office staff. Get away with this type of abuse to patients. Because the medical board does nothing for patients.
