Riverside Hotel And Casino Trapped in two different elevators, on two different occasions both were reported. no compensation for either Laughlin Nevada

Trapped in one elevator alone for 15-20 minutes. Phone did not work(against fire code), two emergency buttons were non functioning possibly fake,there was no security camera in elevator at that time to see I was there.nothing functioned not the buttons or air.Have tumor in throat tried to yell but could not loud enough. Banged on metal door so much bruised my hand. Very hot on elevator seemed no air.Elevator jerked a few times almost knocked me off my feet. Finally someone heard me after 20 minutes and called security.They reset it and met me on second floor.I had them write incedent report. I was so upset and shaking.Have some heart problems so that worried me.Security checked phone and said it was not working and it was the casino fault and I was a victum. This has caused me to have bad nightmares now.Then unfortunately, on another day was trapped in a different elevator with a person.Phone worked but operator ignored us at first. I was a wreck because I have phobia now about being trapped in elevators.Had incedent report made on that one also.I was not compensated in anyway for either incedent nor contacted.I still have nightmares and a phobia about getting in an elevator. This will stay with me for life. For a casino that probably (may or may not)pull in so much money ,it should have had the elevator up to code, at that time, in case of a emergency. so glad there was no fire in building would have been stuck! Also should compensate me for all I went through for the extreme trauma and inconveinance..would love for someone to represent me. Billie golden valley, Arizona
