I financed a 2017 Volkswagon Passat from Family Motors, in less than 3 days of having the vehicle it ran hot due to coolant leak. The car was in the repair shop at RK Chevrolet for about a week and a half. After a week the car broke down again. 3 weeks went by and the General Manager Joe Baker and Sales Manager Quentin failed to keep communication on updates and ETA on repairs. After waiting weeks with no updates I requested my down payment back. Over $800 was wrongly taken out of my down payment. Joe Baker stated that it was "Due to mileage”. RK Chevrolet/Family Motors will NOT keep my down payment! The GM & Sales Manager of Family Motors will not get away with this.

Did YOU read tge contract YOU signed BEFORE agreeing to the terms? Did you see a FAKE FEE called "Processing"? How about other add-on FAKE FEES they gave "official sounding names" for o0ne purpose and one purpise only.. TO DECEIVE AND DEFRAUD YOU??? When any dealer adds FAKE FEES theyvare telking you they cannot be trusted with anything! Thst is an absolute FACT! Why did you reward them by making the purchade when FAKE FEES were added? You actualky think they can be trusted in this other matter???
